Rita could not have done a better job at selling my house. She was aware of the fact that I was emotionally tied to the house I had owned for almost 30 years and made the process of putting it on the market totally painless. Rita was very knowledgeable about the current market and sales in the area and had excellent advice around best marketing strategy. She was enthusiastic about the virtual staging and did an excellent job of conveying our needs to the photographer and software company. The results were fabulous. I have no doubt that the reason my house sold so quickly ( two weeks and only one open home later) was due to the honest straight forward approach in which Rita presented it.
