This was the second occasion Rita has sold a property for us. On the first occasion the market was buoyant and Rita achieved an excellent result quite quickly. This time the market was in the early stages of a decline but Rita achieved two very good offers within a very short time. Unfortunately the potential buyers were unable to sell their property and the sale did not go ahead. Rita continued to work hard to find a buyer in a very tight market and her persistence paid off with a sale to someone who had been interested in the property for some time but needed a push to get them over the line. Rita was always very professional in her approach and required a high level of presentation which she aided by providing some staging to complement the appearance.
