Right from the start the objective was clear and then Rina went above that with an offer on the table within 5 days, which then turned into the perfect sale. Every part was flawless and it could not have been any easier nor a better outcome. knows what she’s doing with a clear plan perfectly executed to meet my needs. Signed sealed delivered 10/10.
We loved Rina's style as soon as we meet her, and knew she would be a great fit to market and sell our lifestyle property. Shes a great communicator, with buyers and vendors alike. Rina's negotiation skills are next level, which was reflected in our case having 3 contracts and 2 cash offers during our 9 month campaign. It was a testament to Rina's "never give up" approach. Getting the job done with professionalism and gusto is something we admired, with an straight up and down attitude we always knew what was going on. We made the right choice.
Rina was an absolute gem to have had as our realtor. She brought with her, kindness, compassion and so much enthusiasm. Her knowledge and insight during this challenging time was exactly what was needed to complete a successful sale, she defiantly went above and beyond to achieve this positive result. Rina has a genuine passion for what she does and it showed throughout the selling process. From us she comes highly recommended. Thank you again, it has certainly been a journey!
It was great working with Rina from start to finish. Perfect Communication throughout the entire process. If I'd sell my house, I would contact her again.

Having a business at home it was of utmost importance to have as little interruption as possible when selling. Rina swiftly sorted all our documentation and made sure she brought buyers through at convenient times. Rina was a calming force also, supporting us through several offers and clearly explaining how best to secure what we needed. She was always there to offer advice and keep us informed, but was professional and worked swiftly so we could get on with our busy lives. I would 100% recommend working with Rina, she took the sting out of what could be a stressful time and got us the result we hoped for fast. She's efficient, knows her stuff, and so warm to deal with.
