Ricky was very accommodating and unfazed with our tight viewing times, multiple after-viewing inquiries and even a change in purchaser name. He was open and upfront about things he did and did not know about the property, always communicated clearly and was responsive to txts, calls and emails. He is notable (and exceptional) as an agent who seemed genuinely concerned about our interests as purchasers.
