Rick helped the reviewer sell this property

An excellent result in very short timeframe

I couldn't be happier with the result Rick achieved for me. I had a very tight timeframe to sell my property and Rick set about a rapid and very effective marketing campaign that delivered multiple offers. Excellent service throughout the process - he knows the market, communicates well and suggested a sales method and marketing campaign that was a great fit for my property and gave good advice about how to present the property. You always know exactly where you are with Rick and can feel confident in his ability as an agent.
