Excellent to deal with

Rick was the agent for our purchase of 55 English Avenue, Mornington, Dunedin. We visited the house 3 times before submitting our offer and each time Rick was very good to work with e.g. indicating how the market was looking for the house, being available for our private viewings & assisting us with questions on the property. He was always very well presented, professional, courteous, friendly and approachable which ensured we felt comfortable making our offer and ensured things ran smoothly. He continues to be available and approachable for questions which is fantastic for us being first home buyers! Overall Rick has been excellent to deal with, 10/10.
