Excellent all round service.

Although I was the buyer, Rick really understood what I needed, kept me up to date, communicated very well and went the extra mile to help me be realistic and patient. I truly felt understood and always could see he was being professional and caring at all times. Always a warm welcome whenever I saw him and I felt he was fair and as transparent as was feasible. It didn’t ever feel that it was just about the money. He managed the relationship perfectly.
