Rick was very helpful, patient and thorough explaining the process to both ourselves and a neighbor who fancied a gift of $200,000 to but out of interfering with interested parties. My Solicitor was initially somewhat sceptical of real estate sales people and their fees but now has some very positive things to say. Particularly about Rick who I can not recommend highly enough
