We were very fortunate to have found the right property in the right location, and the right agent at the same time, Rick was very generous and kind in terms of helping us to discern the market , we found Rick to be authorative in areas that needed clarification , encouraging, kind and patient with us as we weaved our way through the ensemble of interested parties. We are very grateful to Ray White and the team that made us feel extremely comfortable when the time for auction came about. Our heart felt thank you for your patience and warmth

Rick was very helpful, patient and thorough explaining the process to both ourselves and a neighbor who fancied a gift of $200,000 to but out of interfering with interested parties. My Solicitor was initially somewhat sceptical of real estate sales people and their fees but now has some very positive things to say. Particularly about Rick who I can not recommend highly enough

Buying my first home on my own felt like a big step, but Rick made the process much easier. He was kind, professional, and always made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. I highly recommend him.
