Thanks to my lawyer for saving the day. Being the first home buyer I wasn’t aware of the legality of signing the agreement. • I wasn’t made aware of shared driveway (probably obvious but again being first home buyer I should have been informed what it means) • I was told that the driveway was made up of concrete but it is actually bitumen • I had to get the LIM builders report and all myself. During the property hunt, I saw Kelleher Real Estate Mike Perro and Ray White provide most of the documents beforehand.
