Richard started the process of selling the property by engaging with he tenants to start with. This didn’t work out so he then went to the market with open days and advertising. We were showing a vacant flat which didn’t show the potential. Richard then arranged for staging at very realistic price. The eventual Byers were a couple that had looked at the property when we purchased it some eight years ago. The price paid was probably realistic for the current market. You won’t find another realestate agent like him, it’s really hard work when you are selling your home, and he will give you wonderful guidance as to how selling process will happen every step of the way, you are in control of absolutely everything.
