Richard listed our property at a time when the market was starting to drop.After a period of sustained rises it was hard to believe that the market was softening . He went about educating the market he developed strategies, he chased every lead to ground and he found a buyer wh saw value.We did doubt him at times but in reality that was just the market. his persistence and effort meant that we had a really good result.
