Richard did some excellent in-depth research into the potential sale price, compiling an abundance of relevant case histories for comparison, along with a very clear picture in his mind of values and selling features that would influence our sell price. He achieved a contract at the top end of his estimate. We found his communication style excellent and his service brilliant. He went above and beyond being a real estate agent as he managed to introduce us to a buyer of the assets of our key income source (which was not wanted by the new property owner.) We highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell, his knowledge of the South Waikato properties and the locals is phenomenal. Apart from all that, he's a really nice guy to deal with.
