Richard did some excellent in-depth research into the potential sale price, compiling an abundance of relevant case histories for comparison, along with a very clear picture in his mind of values and selling features that would influence our sell price. He achieved a contract at the top end of his estimate. We found his communication style excellent and his service brilliant. He went above and beyond being a real estate agent as he managed to introduce us to a buyer of the assets of our key income source (which was not wanted by the new property owner.)
