Richard went above and beyond for our family and we could not be more grateful. Dealing with a family estate has been a difficult journey with many people involved however Richard was so calm and professional throughout the whole process, dealing with the multiple parties involved (who have large personalities). We had no experience in property so really didnt even know where to start! So he walked us through each step with patience and understanding, never making us feel like a bother with our silly questions.
