Overall a very pleasant experience - the only negative being the Purchasers agent who appears to need a lesson in communication - no reflection on Abbey and Richard who were brilliant I would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home . We got in touch initially with 3 different RE Coys -it came down to 2 The 3rd were a right pair of Numptys. I primarily worked with Richard, despite working for the vendor he was very proactive in seeing how he could help me along the process, actively went back to the vendor with questions and overall, made the process easier and less stressful. Both Richard and Abbey were prompt when it came to setting up home visits and in responding to any queries or messages I sent them.

We were very impressed with Abbey and Richard's professionalism and their knowledge of the real estate landscape in the Sandringham area. They were very well organised and their communication was excellent. Our house didn't end up selling at auction however Abbey worked incredibly hard and presented us with a multi offer the following week, and after some negotiation we accepted a conditional offer. There were a few fraught moments as there was some going backwards and fowards with the buyer regarding a building report however Abbey guided us expertly through the process and the sale went unconditional.
