As the apartment market tightened up (& COVID hit) it became more work to get a sale, Ric continued to have open homes and viewings while many in the industry gave up on properties that were slow to move. He did 2 Open Homes plus private viewings each week for a few months as the market was in a lull. I have total confidence in Ric and will continue to buy and sell through him as he has integrity and I trust him.

In a flatlining market Ric was persistant and reliable with open homes and viewings. He ensured backup offers were generated while waiting for initial offers to become unconditional. Ric kept in communication and provided visitor info at a frequency relevant to me.
