It's always interesting when selling a home and business. As Rhys said "it needs the right buyers". With a fairly tight timeframe to find those buyers before our seasonal business kicked off again after winter, that’s exactly what Rhys and Renee set out to do. A plan, an edited plan, and a few offers later, it all worked out, and we’re really pleased knowing the new buyers will love it here. Rhys and Renee know the local market, understand how to position and sell a property, and are very easy to work with.
