Rhys is a very friendly and professional agent, he is very honest and delivered on what he said he would. He is hands down the best Agent we have dealt with in the Central Otago region (and we have dealt with a few!). I would highly recommend Rhy's services if you are thinking of selling your property.

From the time I first approached Rhys to sell my Alexandra home and find me another home in Clyde he was a star. Friendly - courteous and helpful from day one. I knew he hadn't been a Real Estate Agent for long but that made very little difference. Trust and honesty go a very long way in this game and Rhys has it in spades. Plus communication skills - also very important. Don't ever change those values Rhys!!!

Rhys was consistently motivated to sell my property. He was in touch regularly and gave me his considered opinions, and accepted my opinions respectfully. He is an optimistic, kind, hard working agent. I always felt he cared about my property and my position. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, motivated agent working on their behalf.

We found Rhys to be such a friendly intelligent young man. Knew the market exceptionally well, very focused, and got the sale through with no problems! Efficient, trustworthy and we highly recommend him!

Our family found Rhys very professional, helpful and he most certainly knew what the market was doing. He gave us good advice, and teamed us up with an awesome auctioneer. Rhys is a very good communicator and kept us updated regularly with what had happened at open homes. The sale was on behalf of an estate and Rhys was empathetic and considerate. he helped us position the house well in terms of marketing and got the family a great result. We would definitely use Rhys again as our agent.
