Very good communication through out the process. Gave up her own time to show people through. eg I think Rhonda was heading out of town one time, but put this off to show people through. Or people were late to the open home and she made a time later in the day to meet them. The only negative thing is the initial pricing of the property was way out of kilter with what the property was worth. It was my mothers house being sold as she is now living in a rest home but I found the selling of the house stressful with some sleepless nights. thats probable why I have only ever sold two of my own properties. That was because of shifting towns re work.

From the beginning we lost trust in Rhonda, after we asked that being new in town if she can recommend a solicitor, she remarked that she is working for the Vendor and cannot help us with any information. This made us weary and we only shared information with Rhonda when absolute necessary. We always felt like the enemy and not customers.
