So, we felt fully in the loop. The property sold 13 days after going on the market, which is fast by any standards, and a very significant difference from previous properties we had sold, where finding a buyer took over three months in one case and almost six months in the other - not helpful when one needs to be somewhere else. Rhiannon was active in relation to the property the whole time and she was a delightful person to deal with. We have no hesitation in recommending her to others - and indeed have already done so.
