⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am very happy with the service provided by Reo. He is friendly, professional, helpful, and always approachable. They communicate clearly, respond promptly to any questions or concerns, and make everything easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate his support, dedication, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Reo was fast on reply at all times, always gave good advice, knew his job well, was honest and worked hard to get the sale. He went the extra mile with the sale, getting extra keys arranged and meeting trademen to help me. He worked in with my tenants to make it go smooth with them, I was extra happy with this as they were long term tenants. The sale went smooth, the process from start to finish was easy with Reo managing it and directing the next steps. I would highly recommend him if you want all the above

Reo is a all round genuinely caring agent, the kind of agent you need on your side. Reo listened to my wants and needs, not just with his ears but with his heart and he did everything in his power to make the sale of my property seamless, stress-free and easy. Always going above and beyond for our family, it was a pleasure to have Reo in the buying and selling of this same property.

Reo knows his market. His communication is great and he has a relaxed yet business like approach. His negotiation skills are great. He seems to be able to read people well and asks the right questions. Overall just a really nice guy who is out to do a great job that he enjoys. We would not hesitate to recommend Reo to anyone.

Big thanks to Reo for the sale of my property! He has great knowledge of the local Rotorua market, and went the extra mile organising repairs and maintenance to get the place in the best condition for a seamless sale. He was particularly good working with first home buyers and giving them all the information and confidence they needed in the buying process. Communication was 10/10 and the sale price was good considering the difficulty of the current market. If you're looking for a straight forward, honest agent who will put in the hard yards, go with Reo.

Straight up, straight down. From our first meeting with Reo, we knew we were dealing with someone of integrity who we could trust to do his best for us. Nothing was a problem for Reo, and he went over and above to get the sale we needed in challenging market conditions. Reo has a good grasp on what's happening in the market, actively keeps his finger on the pulse and happily shares his knowledge and insights. We look forward to entrusting Reo again with our future sale/purchases!

Reo Smith was great to work with—supportive, patient, and truly understanding of our unique circumstances with a newborn and a challenging market. He made the whole process so much less stressful and always had our best interests at heart. We’re so grateful for his help and happy to recommend Reo from Arizto!

From the first time we met to discuss the sale of our property to handing over our keys for the new owner Reo was great to deal with. It truth it was like dealing with an old family friend. He is trust worthy and knowledgeable. His advice helped us to get ready for the market. He showcased our property to prospective buyers at the open opens and even some private viewings with such enthusiasm and always gave us a detailed report on each group through. He has a warm and friendly personality and a wicked sense of humor while always being courteous and professional. He will be our go to person for recommending to anyone we know needing to purchase or sell a home. You need to ring Reo now if you are thinking of buying or selling - he is the right person to choose. Also to note Aritzo has amazing marketing and the fees are unbelievably reasonable. Our property description and photos really showcased our property.

Reo thank you very much for all your hard work, I appreciate everything you have done and it has been an absolute pleasure, and if I had to sell again I would definitely use you as a realistate agent agent, thanks Reo 👍

Thank you Reo for supporting us through this process.

We highly highly recommend Reo as your agent! He is thorough, professional and just a straight up guy. He had our house sold within a couple of months in a really uneasy market, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks a bunch, Reo :)
