Knowledge of local property in the area Renee couldn't tell us on the spot what was going on yet she was from the area. Had to take a day or 2 to consolidate information. Lots of silly questions to the us like "when are the new owners moving in?". Sending screenshot messages from the new purchasers via their lawyer to tell me that the house had settled when I hadn't even heard from my lawyer yet and making me ring my lawyer while I'm at work to find out what was happening with settlement. Renee come across as unprofessional hassling us to always get in touch with the lawyer. We also felt like we were paying for services that probably weren't needed when she had a buyer lined up.
Absolutely amazing, made purchasing our first home much easier with Renee knowledge and experience, she helped us wherever possible and guided us through the entire process,contact was daily and she kept us informed
