As someone that comes from a building trade, it can be difficult working with some Agents, Renee was a pleasure to do business with. Everything was straight forward, her communication was (and still is) amazing, she know her stuff and works extremely hard and out of hours to get the job done. I couldn't recommend Renee highly enough.
Great communication and transparency . Process was made straightforward by Renee with a great outcome.
Very Excellent a pleasure to have dealt with someone so professional and also passionate about her job.She has worked so gard to get the best result for both parties.Hopefully we have made a friend.
Renee was a great communicator all the way thru the purchase, out lined all disclosures and was more than happy to go the extra mile to answer all questions and queries would highly recommend Renee Willis
Working with Renee was professional but very relaxed. It was like having my sister helping us. Nothing was a problem and she communicated extremely well. We weren’t left wondering anytime about anything as we were fully informed. She’s a rockstar 🌟
I would like to thank you for your efficiency and dedication to selling my house. From the beginning you were always there to help and advise me and I am sure likewise the prospective purchaser.
Once again excellent service from renee, I've now sold and bought with renee & wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her again in the future.
Renee has been fantastic. Excellent communication and follow through on all matters. Highly recommend her.
Renee has sold two houses for us now. She has made the process stress free and kept in touch with us every step of the way. Being overseas clients, she couldn't have done more to help us through the process, even though the time difference proposed some challenges at times for all parties. We can't recommend and thank Renee enough. 🙂
It was an instant chemistry. Lovely meeting Renee. It was a swift transaction, no fuss and straight to the point.
Working with Renee was a breeze.such excellent communication with both myself and the purchaser, she really made my house sale as easy as it could be for all involved. Would definitely work with her again.cheers renee
We moved to Whangarei in May and come July we decided to give buying our first home since Auckland was a tough market to start in. We viewed a lot of houses but couldn't find the one. We went to a house that had potential in tikipunga and met Renée for the first time. That property fell through but with her help she found us 17 Winston street which fellow agent (and her friend Kim) had listed. We knew that this was what we wanted and thanks to Renée with her excellent communication and "seeing us put first" attitude, we were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted. We really connected well with Renée and consider her a friend of ours. Once the deck is finished we will hope to see her for a bbq to celebrate the best decision we have made in moving to northland. Our heartfelt thanks to Renée and also Kim for all their support.
