We moved to Whangarei in May and come July we decided to give buying our first home since Auckland was a tough market to start in. We viewed a lot of houses but couldn't find the one. We went to a house that had potential in tikipunga and met Renée for the first time. That property fell through but with her help she found us 17 Winston street which fellow agent (and her friend Kim) had listed. We knew that this was what we wanted and thanks to Renée with her excellent communication and "seeing us put first" attitude, we were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted. We really connected well with Renée and consider her a friend of ours. Once the deck is finished we will hope to see her for a bbq to celebrate the best decision we have made in moving to northland.
