Renee showed her good market knowledge with an estimate of the sale value which was higher than a competing Real Estate firm, and a closer match to the eventual sale price. She also provided a well targeted marketing strategy that wasn't any more expensive than it needed to be. During the sales process she provided good updates and an indication of how the buyers were reacting to the property. She worked tirelessly on weekends and weekdays to get as many people through as possible. I was impressed and grateful for a 3 month turnaround in a slow market period.
