Due to health issues we had to sell my father's property at short notice, and I lived out of town. The team made this process easy and effortless to manage, txts, emails, phone calls, when necessary, most of this sale was done virtually. Open homes were managed very well, and tips offered to get the property to a level that would make a viable option for an investor of owner occupier. It was a team effort, and this sale occurred just before xmas but every effort was made to get sale sorted before xmas.
