Renaye was an amazing agent from start to finish. Her team go above and beyond in every aspect that you could think of. They prepared the property including waterblasting, staging, cleaning, gardening and fence painting. The lawns were mowed and the fire lit before every open home. All of this was complimentary which I couldn't believe. Renaye genuinely wanted my property to be in it's best possible state not just to get the best price, but to create the best home possible for the purchasers. I was kept informed throughout the process and there was amazing communication. Renaye is not in the real estate game just to make a commission, she truly cares about her vendors and purchasers. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would not hesitate for a second to use Renaye in the future. In fact, I used her again a couple months later and still can't believe the result she got for me and how easy the process was.

Renaye, was a awesome Agent, listened to what we wanted and needed, helped us just not selling the home but was there for us 24/7, working with everything that we wanted, and helped with not just being a agent but had her Team Huia come on board and water blast, paint, lawns, almost what ever was needed to be done, she was like a little Ninja and had it sorted, she did not just become a Agent to us, but more like family and so did her husband.... We could not praise Renaye enough for her skills but also her being her <3 <3
