Regan demonstrated remarkable patience, supporting us through years of uncertainty about selling without ever pressuring us. When we finally decided to proceed, she (and David) executed the sale with enthusiasm, efficiently and with some of the best photos on the internet. She set clear expectations and delivered on them, working effectively with us as we fulfilled our responsibilities. For future clients, especially first-time sellers, we'd recommend more detailed upfront guidance on standard processes like builder reports, marketing costs, trust account procedures, and campaign report interpretation. While these may be routine in real estate, having clearer explanations of these elements would have helped us feel more confident and better prepared. Though the auction day was intense and at times overwhelming for us , Regan's confident guidance and candid approach (plus securing us Tim-- our new favourite auctioneer) helped us achieve an excellent result that positioned us perfectly for our next purchase.
