The Coastal Team, Jan (Booth) and Rebekka (Plane) aptly describe themselves as "friendly & trustworthy". They are definitely that and more! We found them to be very committed to achieve the best outcome for us and were 'tops' in communication to achieve that goal. Jan & Rebekka have marketed a property successfully for us previously so there were our "go to team" for this subsequent property sale in Bayfair. We would highly recommend them to anyone who are looking for a Top Team to market their property. Ron & Caro Clark

Excellent knowledge of the market and Jan and Rebekka provided handouts, evidence and on going feedback on what was happening out there in the market. I found Jan very approachable and was able to keep the momentum going and keep our spirits up. She was hard working and put a lot of time and effort into providing the best tools for us to sell our house. Communication was exceptional. She was very professional and efficient. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jan and her team again. Thank you.

I would like to recommend Jan Booth and Rebekka Plane, as your agents, when selling a house. They provide exceptional professional advice, a comprehensive selling strategy and plan, up to date information and ongoing feedback every step of the way. The strategic planning, advertising, staging and open home events were essential components for our successful campaign. EVES worked together as a team presenting a professional and comprehensive weekly summary for our family viewing. Jan and Rebekka worked tirelessly with all members of our whanau, taking the time to build connections, making certain that everyone had a voice and were able to be involved in the process of selling our parent's family home. With expert advice, extensive knowledge and years of experience, Jan and Rebekka were able to achieve a successful outcome in selling our parents house through auction. I highly recommend Jan Booth and Rebekka Plane.

Selling our house with Bekky was a quick and stress free process. We were originally planning to put the house to auction but ended up selling early through a quiet listing. We got a great price for the house and the buyers were happy, so it was a good outcome for all involved. We’re really happy with the service we received and the excellent communication throughout the process. Bekky went above and beyond, like trying to ensure we had all signed the sale and purchase agreement after hours one evening. We would highly recommend selling your house with Bekky and Jan, you won’t regret it.

Highly recommended, I gave Bekky the task of selling my house, which was fully tenanted during the sale and threw up more challenges than anticipated. Bekky did a great job and made the sale of my house a non-stressful event. I was stoked with the great results.
