Unbelievable tenacity!

If there were more than Five Stars to have selected in our rating, we would have gone higher! When Rebecca & Mel took this listing I am sure they weren't expecting to deal with such unmotivated vendors! We were luke warm on selling and consequently this meant they had to work that much harder - which they did. The consistent and regular updates to us on activity, their feedback on following up leads from Open Homes, and obvious understanding of what was going on in the wider market made it clear that they were serious in getting this one over the line. Both Marianne & I have been in sales for over thirty years and we rank Rebecca & Mel at the very top of their profession; so many sales people are in the business of just making the sale (and obviously, to be successful, sales must be made), but Team Stevens were about so much more than just closing the deal. They are firm but personable; consistent but not pushy; affable but not smarmy. I know they found us frustrating, because we were in no hurry to sell - but sharing that with Rebecca & Mel simply hardened their resolve to get us over the line. And that they did!! We were both so impressed with these guys - and the wider Remax Team.
