We had the pleasure of coming across Reagan through a listing we enquired about. Reagan's exceptional and very efficient communication is why we choose to list our home with him. We really appreciated Reagan's genuine interest and professionalism and his focus on providing such efficient and open communication. Reagan kept us really well informed and went the extra mile a number of times to assist and support us with some technical and other issues that were outside of his role. Reagan has a very genuine willingness to make the process as stress free as possible and has a very warm and friendly zen like manner yet he provides the most efficient service I have ever experienced as a client/customer in any industry. Reagan has an excellent collegue Toni working alongside him and they make amazing team , we felt we were in very knowlegable and experienced hands and were treated with such respect, appreciation and care. Reagan was able to secure an excellent outcome selling our home in 9 days on the market and having only 1 open home! We also had Reagan's fantastic assistance to buy our new home which he again went far beyond our expectations taking a great deal of time and effort (on a home that wasn't his own listing) to secure our purchase. We were so fortunate and grateful to have this truly exceptional team of Reagan and Toni for both our sale and purchase and would and have already recommended them as agents.
