Selling our house became slightly more complicated than we originally thought it might be with the building report showing things that needed attention. Having already moved away we relied heavily on Toni and Reagan to help us navigate through this, they went out of their way to help us clarify things and get trades people in to make sure everything was clear and fair for both us and the buyers. Though it ended up being a bit more stressful than we thought it might be, they stayed really positive about the house we have loved for years and we felt really comfortable it being in their hands.
