It has been a good experience dealing with Read
Here are the three aspects that we really appreciate: (1) Read is very knowledgeable about the building. He is a committee member of the body corporate, thus has access to the important information that he shares with us. (2) The whole experience is very relaxed - We did not feel pressured to make decisions, and could take our time to do our research, thinking and come up with our decision. (3) Read is timely in his response to our queries.

Thank you so much, Adrian and Gek Tan, for your kind words and detailed review. I'm thrilled to hear that you appreciated my familiarity with the building and that my involvement with the body corporate could be of benefit to you. It's important to me that the buying process feels relaxed and pressure-free, allowing you the time and space to make well-considered decisions. Your mention of my timely responses is much appreciated too—communication is key, and I'm glad I was able to meet your expectations in this regard. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions or need further assistance in the future.
