About Raymond

I have lived in Marlborough my whole life and have loved raising my three boys here. I have been in Real Estate for a number of years now, but before that, I spent the last twenty-two years working in the motor trade industry, including over ten years in management roles. I have also been the proud owner of my own business where I was able to develop strong customer relations with a variety of people. Real estate has always intrigued me because of the challenge of bringing a deal together and getting the best results possible for the client! This is something I know I can achieve using my action-orientated approach, solid negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills. I thrive on the pressure of the real estate industry, using this as further motivation to bring the deal together. Now I can do what I love doing at a fraction of the cost to you.

With a smile and heaps of knowledge

It is incredibly hard to find the property which suits you best, in this market. So we were pleasantly surprised to get very good guidance from Raymond and with no pressure, he helped us find what we wanted, got the deal through and made this all, a very easy process. Loved the continuing contact and updates, and the willingness to come over at short notice, cause we wanted to check something. Very impressed with how this all went.

Raymond is Awesome!

I have bought and sold through Raymond. Raymond is just such an amazing person. He is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make the house selling experience as smooth as possible, and will help sort out any problems if they come up. I contacted Raymond for a second opinion on my Mother's property prior to selling.

I have never been in the position of selling a property before & was depending on the advice of the real-estate agent. The first assessment was quite derogatory pointing out the many failings of the property which had followed the Unit being empty for 6 yrs. At a friends suggestion that I get a second opinion I approached Raymond who saw the property in a different light pointing out the many good things about it He has gone the 'extra mile' over the last few month's always available to help with problems! He has achieved a great price for the sale & I will definitely promote to others looking to sell
