In preparation for selling our property, they conducted a visit and from there, they explained what the process will be. They assessed what’s the value of our property which I wholeheartedly agree with. They were very good in handling the sale from getting the best images to make our property well presented to the very detailed description for buyers to want to view the property. They explained very well the strategy they will use to make an easy and early sale. They communicated with us what was happening especially the open homes and the feed backs of the viewers. What I like about them is they are very accomodating and listen to our feedbacks. They are very well versed on what the market is like and how we can make sure we get the value we want for our property.
