Ray was an incredible person to work with again. He cared not just about me but was very considerate to the proposed purchasers. He kept in touch with me after each open home and also before and after taking private viewers through the property. His work was greatly appreciated.
Ray clearly has considerable experience selling in the Waikanae area. We found him thoroughly professional, helpful, accessible and great to deal with.
The tender process is daunting. With Ray's help the process was fun and rewarding. Ray was available, helpful and quick to forward information between parties whilst at all times professional. He has a great sense of humor making the SOLD sign very exciting. Thanks Ray.
Ray was very helpful in our purchase of this property. We received solid advice through the auction and subsequent negotiation process, and he continues to help as we plan to move in. His knowledge of the area is second to none.
Our relationship with Ray goes back 20 years when we purchased the house, he has just sold for us. He was thorough, professional and delivered on what exactly he said he would. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to other purchasers.
Ray was exceptionally helpful during the open home pre-sale process and has also been very helpful post the sale. Would recommend.
Ray was very helpful in assisting us with the house purchase... Would recommend
We were very happy with Rays professionalism and assistance in negotiating with his vendor in the purchase of our new home at Waikanae Beach. Thank you Ray for your time and effort you put in to get this over the line . Awesome. Owen & Pauline
Understood the local market and was able to give good advice on areas to buy
Ray was excellent choice to trust the sale of our property. He had very good background knowledge of the area was well prepared and kept in touch with ourselves on a regular basis without being overbearing. He even put the squabs on all the outdoor furniture when required
Having known & dealt with Ray for many years through the sale or purchase of Real Estate previously, I have always found Ray to be very knowledgeable, not only in the current housing market, but also of his buyers/sellers needs and expectations. Ray has always been friendly, informative, honest, easy to contact/communicate with, and very professional in his undertakings.
We really felt that Ray was working for us in getting our best outcome. He was professional, knowledgeable, always available and made the whole selling experience easy. Living outside the area of the property, we relied heavily on Ray to get it done, and he did just that. We highly recommend using Ray.
