We recently purchased a property listed by Ray and Anne. Their support and negotiation assistant has led to a successful outcome for all involved. I can highly recommend Ray and an as honest and integral people with a wealth of experience. As a result they helped make the journey of purchasing a lot easier.

Ray took on our property after it had sold several times with another agency but not completed. He provided honest and upfront opinion from the very first meeting and had an excellent rapport with the clients. Appreciated his willingness to work "for us" rather than tell us. Its fair to say we have had a very difficult journey due in the main to a current buyer attitude that seems to disregard basic values and decency and treat vendors like disposable play things. That includes buyers asking Ray to write up the offer for presentation then never being heard from again despite Ray trying very hard to make contact; buyers again entering into contracts and failing to sell their own property repeatedly; buyers outright lying. Throughout all of this we were able to have honest and forthright conversations with Ray who carried himself with good grace despite at times the utter stupidity of buyers. Ray is what we would call "Old Fashioned" - paper trails and folders etc but you know what if it works and it ain't broke don't change it. We are pleased we stuck with Ray who was able to get us to the end after almost a year of market buyers most of whom don't frankly belong in the market. Especially appreciated Rays willingness to take on board our potential viewer filtering rules (even though we know he didn't really want to!). The only improvement if we were to be churlish would be for the weekly stats to be a little more personal commentary from Ray in terms of linkage between what we were actually experiencing and the stats themselves. Bu as I say that's a bit churlish and Ray is on top of it. If you want a decent realtor selling relationship based on direct conversation but done with underlying values and honesty then Ray is your man.
