We weren't sure about Arizto - they seemed a bit too good to be true. 20k+ cheaper than the competition?! Yeah right. When we met Rawinia though we could see her passion, her knowledge, her experience and decided to give them a go. The whole company was highly professional, from the app, the photos, the drone video - it was all high quality, happened when they said it would happen and seamless. Rawinia worked really hard, kept in touch, kept us informed, contacted everyone and really made the whole process straightforward and comfortable. I've sold two houses through Rawinia now (both in 2018), with the first well surpassing our process and price expectations and the second one being a bit more difficult, slow and ultimately lower than hoped for (admittedly it was a more tricky property). Rawinia was great on both. She put so much time into private viewings outside listed open home times that it was amazing. Very patient and seemed very happy to tolerate tyre kickers as just part of the process. She was working for Arizto for both sales, so the cost to us was a fraction of going with a big company and we definitely did not suffer from it. With over 3 decades in the industry (and having worked for the big guys), Rawinia is a very safe hand at the wheel - not prone to panic and definitely felt like she is working hard on the seller's side. She made a great combo with her daughter Te Rere - both lovely people as well as doing a great job. Definitely recommended.

A rare find. Rawinia. Couldn’t meet a nicer lady. Never tried to pressure us or use any of the standard scare tactics used by other real estate agents. Sold it to us as “real estate with a difference “, it totally was. Got stuck in and worked her butt off. Always positive. Not afraid to stand her ground and fight for us as vendors. We had never heard of Rawinia even though she has over 25 years in the industry.
