The agents (Steve Hood and Rawdon Christie) are amazing. So approachable, realistic, and we felt they had our interests at heart. This was both in selling our home and our repurchase. Having had a family member previously work for Barfoot and Thompson as well makes me loyal to Barfoot. They were both always approachable, and they continually kept us informed - Especially after open homes. Throughout the process, when we had issues or questions, no matter how big or small, they were always available with practical advice. Steve's experience shone through. He is totally approachable, realistic, hard working and dedicated to offering you the best service. He is not pushy, but is very knowledgeable and practical about offering solutions for issues that crop up. He has a wonderful sense of humour and is extremely easy to communicate with. We highly recommend Steve for anyone wanting to sell their home or to purchase a home through. Steve, Rawdon and Jude are an amazing team who Barfoot and Thompson are very lucky to have.

I choose and recommended Rawdon to my husband to sell our property because I have been receiving his newsletters each month for some time, and in them he always conveyed a fresh sense of knowledge about the status of the market, it showed he thought deeply and critically about the market and called it in an unbiased way. But besides that he had indicated his teams approach was hands-on and that they would get on and do what ever was needed to be done to successfully sell a property and do the best for the seller. That indeed was my experience, from the moment we first met to discuss selling the property, until it was successfully sold by way of a multi offer, Rawdon was extremely professional, really up front and clear about what needed to happen and when, and he was polite and tactful with the issues that were difficult. He always made us feel like he was working to help us and added so much value by way of his wise advice. It was easy to trust Rawdon as every action he took was considered, sensible and in the end very valuable. I have sold properties before but have never experienced it to be so easy, and in fact enjoyable, with a superior degree of real estate professionalism. I honestly couldn’t recommend Rawdon and his wonderful team (Steve & Jude) highly enough.
