Raquel worked with Fernanda on the sale of my property at 1/12 Camrose Place and was a huge help, especially as I was based out of town and couldn’t be there in person. I asked her to take care of quite a few practical tasks on my behalf, and she was always willing to help. Her responsiveness was excellent — she replied quickly and followed through reliably every time. Having someone on the ground who was organised and proactive made the whole process much easier for me. Raquel was professional, positive, and a real asset to the team. I would happily recommend her to anyone selling a property in Christchurch.
