His prompt answers with our questions and emails makes the home buying process smooth and stress free. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough with all he’ve done for us. Thanks so much Randy!

Randy was amazing throughout our home-buying journey. From the very first viewing to securing the house we truly wanted, he was supportive, knowledgeable, and always one step ahead. He listened to our needs, offered honest advice, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful for his help in finding the perfect home for our family!

I can't express my gratitude enough to you Randy Rosario for helping us to find our new found love “Home”. It was really a roller coaster of emotions to us!🥹 Your support means more than you know to us from the very start til the first day of our house move (i.e Negotiation, building inspection, installation of water pump, carpet installations & others, completion of all the reports, conditional/unconditional, settlement day and more). And despite of your busy schedules you also allotted your precious time to help us moving our boxes with your coat & tie and your brown leather shoes (Only you-Randy!!!). What a hard-working man!💪🏻👨🏻‍💼 Thank you so much! Appreciated! And for my new coffee machine, I can’t wait to have my first cup of coffee, it’s the best part of the day!☕️ Thanks again, Randy Rosario - Real Estate Barfoot & Thompson and to all Barfoot & Thompson Glendene Branch for your full support and for everything. Kudos to all of you! 🎉 By the way, I love our door with blue ribbon on our settlement day! Its brilliant! 💙💛 Cheers! Elerie, Kim and Scion🏡🔑✨ First home owners
