Beyond expectation!

We engaged Ramon to market our apartment based on previous experience we had with him selling our units. The property market is very tough nowadays with prices dipped quite heavily. After several open homes, Ramon brought us an offer that was well below our bottom line, so we're mentally prepared to keep the apartment and just bear the advertising cost etc, not expecting the buyer to move an inch. To our (pleasant) surprise, the vendor did move their offer to meet our bottom line and everything was smooth sailing from then on. Thank you Ramon for your help in selling our apartment.
