I have dealt with Raman for over a month.This was my first experience with him.I found him very open and honest lad.He never failed to disclose any details.He has made the whole process of buying the property stress free. At no point I felt any pressure from him what so ever to make a bid or make an offer that I was hesitant about .He has always stayed calm and communicated very well. Even when we lost hope of buying this property he kept informing us the movements between the vendor and other buyers.Than at last he convinced us to make an offer the owner couldn't refuse. Over all I would say he is a very nice guy to deal with in order to buy a property. I will make sure to contact him near future if I do decide to buy more property.
