Both Subash and Raman did an excellent job selling my father’s house. It wasn’t as easy job as the property was on a flood zone and he had to deal with squabbling brothers and sister but they handled the sales of the property with both patience and professionalism. I can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is thinking is selling there property.
Had a difficult buyer but both of them worked to get us across the line. Thanks.
Outstanding Performance!! We are absolutely amazed by the outstanding performance of Subash & Raman in selling our house within just two weeks under the hammer, especially in a market where many doubted the possibility of a quick sale at a top-notch price. Their communication skills were impeccable, earning them a solid 10/10. Their professionalism, punctuality, and positive energy throughout the process were also remarkable, each deserving a perfect 10/10. I had the pleasure of working with Raman Sharma to purchase my first home in Auckland. Raman went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home within my budget. He showed me numerous properties, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I was completely satisfied with my choice. What stood out the most was Raman's excellent communication skills and the way he treated us like family. He guided us through the entire process, from viewing houses to the settlement date, making what could have been a daunting experience very smooth and comfortable. After meeting other agents, Raman's nature and professionalism truly impressed us, and we had no hesitation in choosing him as our agent. I highly recommend Raman Sharma to anyone looking to buy a home in Auckland.
My sister-in-law wanted to sell her home, to move into a care facility. Putting her home on the market, when homes were not selling too easy, was a risk. In her words, B & T were keeping us constantly informed. Their conduct was professional and at the same time very friendly, understanding and down to earth. Raman took us through the motions and got us over the line. We were thankful for all his advice. Thank you also to Subash who made himself available with Raman.
