Honestly we had the worst experience working with the whole team of Barfoot Mangere Branch, especially the main guy, Inder. The marketing was not done in the proper way and I have to guide them mostly at all levels (though I was selling first time my property in NZ). They could not even sold out the property close to what they promised in the start. May be this is their tactic to grab the business from innocent people and when I understand their unprofessional working I had no choice but to continue with them. I suffered a huge loss on selling my property. Please be careful while dealing with these kinds of agents/ agencies.
