Raj Sharma

Raj worked hard to get a result. Great photos accompanied an excellent marketing plan. Good communication kept us well informed during the sales process. Was respectful of our wishes in a challenging market for both buyers and sellers. Highly recommend.

Raj has great knowledge of the Orakei area and bows his client base very well. Nothing was any trouble to him. No stone was left unturned in gaining a sale , and our apartment sold in 3 weeks in a tricky market. Well done Raj. 👍

Raj worked really well together with Sandy Hayer of Ray White to sell sn investment property for us. The auction programme produced the eventual purchasers so was a success in that regard. We had purchased in the heyday of 2021 so it took us a while to accept the offer made, but Raj and Sandy helped us get over the line. All in all, a good result in the circumstances. Grateful to Raj and Sandy for the work they put in to get the result.

We can't speak highly enough of Raj. Going in, we really wanted an agent who would work hard, listen to us and communicate — and that's exactly what we got. We never felt like we were just another listing. He kept in touch the whole way through (even when he was overseas on his honeymoon for part of it) and was always honest about where things were at, genuinely taking our input seriously. It made a real difference knowing someone in our corner was that committed. We're grateful for everything he did, and we'd recommend him to anyone selling their home.

Raj was fantastic selling our home. He understood how to position the house in the market to differenciate it and achieved an excellent result fast - we couldn't be happier. He's fantastic to deal with. Comms were clear, quick and helpful. I would happly recommend and work with Raj again.

About 12 weeks ago, we came across Raj completely by chance while looking at a rental. Fast forward 8 hours, and somehow we had an offer accepted on a house. We weren’t even in the market to buy, but we recognised a good opportunity when we saw one. To be honest, we’re not the most trusting people when it comes to this kind of thing, so we did our due diligence. It didn’t quite meet our expectations, and we were ready to move on. Then Raj sent a simple message suggesting we come and view another property, saying it felt like “us.” We parked the car and I said to my partner, “We are absolutely not buying this house.” Well… we did. What stood out most was that Raj took the time to genuinely get to know us, not just what we wanted in a house, but who we are as people. He listened, paid attention, and somehow connected us with a home that felt right in a way we didn’t expect. It really did feel like he found the glass slipper that fit. Throughout the entire process, Raj was steady, responsive, and thoughtful. He answered our questions, guided us when we needed it, and connected us with the right people to help everything come together smoothly. It never felt like we were just working with a real estate agent, we felt supported by someone who genuinely cared about the outcome for us. If you’re looking for someone who listens, keeps it real, and quietly goes the extra mile, Raj is someone we’d absolutely recommend.
