Buying our first home was a huge step, and we’re grateful to have had Rafsan by our side. Relocating from the South Island made the process challenging, but he was always helpful, patient and genuinely supportive, even from a distance. He guided us through everything, including the auction, and made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. We’re really happy with our experience and would genuinely recommend Rafsan to anyone. Thank you, Rafsan! Best wishes always.

We purchased 121 Carruth Road, Papatoetoe through Rafsan. We had a good experience overall. Communication throughout the process was clear, transparent, and professional, and we appreciated the agent’s responsiveness and assistance when needed. He also followed up after settlement to help resolve a minor issue at the property. Overall, a straightforward and professional experience.
