Had another agent try to sign up and sell the house the day after dad had died for nearly 75k less than what Raewyn got. This agent being pushy just after his death did not help. I also had the next door neighbour ask on the day dad died to buy privately (for an even lower price) Raewyn allowed time for me to think and not feel rushed and dealt with the neighbour (as he was pushy as well) As I was grieving and all I could do was empty the house and deal with dads belonging, Raewyn, at her own expense in money and time, did some light painting to brighten up the place. This was not a flick and forget sale, she took the time to allow a good price to be sort and took into account the passing of my father.
