We live 6 hours away and Raelene handled everything as if it was her own property, right down to dealing with the tenants and if any maintenance needed to be done, she was onto it straight away. We met Raelene at an open home and at this point we were doing everything on our own and we weren’t having any luck. I was coming up from Christchurch almost 2 or 3 weekends a month and looking at between 10-20 homes over a weekend. I cannot rate both Raelene and Colin highly enough throughout the entire process of selling our home.
