Rachel showed us from the get go that she knows the property market and her client base extremely well. Her pitch to secure our listing was excellent, and she backed up every claim she made - culminating in four bidders at our auction and a very satisfactory result. Rachel then went about finding a new home for the family, with a friendly challenge to consider different areas and living styles. Of course, she was right and we are now happily situated in our new property and everybody (except maybe the cat) is loving it. I could not recommend Rachel highly enough.
