Rachel was Awesome!!! Her communication throughout the process has been spot on. She was realistic with her appraisal and worked hard to get us the best price. She worked very quickly to get the property to market and we were very happy with the presentation of the property in the marketing channels. She worked closely with our tenant which made it much easier on us. Because of everything she did, interest in the property was high and was sold very quickly at a price we were happy with.
